Our Champs Boxing sessions are a fast-paced, high-energy mix of fitness, technique, and controlled sparring, designed for anyone aged 13 and up who wants to learn authentic boxing skills while getting into great shape. Whether you're brand new to boxing or have some experience under your belt, these classes offer the perfect balance of challenge and enjoyment.
Every session is packed with variety—expect to work on footwork, combinations, pad work, bag drills, and defensive techniques, all while building strength, stamina, and coordination. The atmosphere is always supportive, enthusiastic, and motivating, with instructors who tailor their teaching to your ability and goals.
You’ll also have the opportunity to take part in light, controlled sparring, helping you safely develop timing, confidence, and ring awareness. Sparring is always optional and introduced gradually, ensuring you're comfortable and ready when the time comes.
