Developing stronger bodies, stronger minds and stronger character. Martial arts training designed to
build confidence, discipline, fitness and real-world skills.
Our Juniors Martial Arts classes are designed for young people aged 11–15, offering a challenging,
engaging and supportive environment where students can develop both physically and mentally.
During these important teenage years, martial arts provides a fantastic opportunity to build
confidence, improve fitness, develop self-discipline and learn how to overcome challenges.
Classes cover a wide range of martial arts techniques, including punches, kicks, combinations,
movement and practical self-defence. Students work on improving their strength, speed,
coordination, flexibility and overall fitness while developing their technical ability and
understanding of martial arts.
We also place a strong emphasis on personal development. Respect, resilience, perseverance,
responsibility and positive mental attitude are all important parts of our training. We want our
students to develop the confidence to believe in themselves, the discipline to work towards their
goals and the determination to keep going when things get challenging.
For students who want to explore their training further, there are opportunities to attend dedicated
sparring sessions and become involved with the Champions Martial Arts competition team,
representing the school at local, regional and national events.
Led by experienced and dedicated instructors, our Juniors programme provides more than just
martial arts tuition. It gives young people the opportunity to develop valuable life skills, build
friendships and become stronger, more confident individuals.
